i went to the beach yesterday, and didn't wash my feet off when i left. I left the sand on for about 2 hours so I guess it dried. So I have dried up sand on my toenails, it looks like glitter. try scrubbing it with soap and water if that doesnt work try nail polish remover!
idk, but you could use a buffer to get it off.
