you cut your toenails outside, thats sick if you do it inside. or you can jus go get them done, it like 12 bucks and they passage ur feet and clean it reallllllly well! i really recommend that for like once a month!Where do you cut your toe nails?

where the white stuff starts! don't cut it too short though. you could use a nail filer to smooth them out.

What do you mean? Where as in what location or how short? HUH??
Where ever I'm sitting as long as I use a trashcan or a paper towel to catch the clippings.
