go to the doctors. If its bad enough they`ll send you to a chiropodist (foot doctor) to have it cut out. its not as painful as it sounds.Best cure for ingrown toe nails?
No amount of topical treatment will fix it, I'm afraid. You need to see a properly qualified Chiropodist or Podiatrist and deal with the the nail itself. The longer you leave it, the more likely you are to end up having to have the nail removed, so getting it treated is much the better option. It must be very painful, so, please, get proper attention. You'll be dancing on air before you know it!
The best way is to have it removed they don't need to remove the whole nail just the bit down the affected side, then do not cut the nail too low in future
twice a day clip and move the toenail away from the skin as best u can.

worked for me after bout a week and a half
I feel sure the only cure is Doctors first ... I have a friend with same complaint... the cure is still better that the pain....
chop the toe off, it worked for me, (on both my feet)
