Yes, I guess that's fine to compliment girls on whatever can be seen, including painted toe nails/toe rings etc.





But if a complete stranger came up to me and complimented me on a toe ring I would think..


1. That's a little weird


2. He might have a foot fetish or something


3. That's cute that he noticed

well we're obviously doing it for the attention and the compliments.


So pay a little attention and just compliment the work shes put into it.


And then you should just be able to leave it at that. Any girl who goes to far on it is retarded. And any guy who just completely stares is weird.

It's just a bit of a strange compliment. You could probably do better ones. Even ';you look nice'; or ';you look good today'; would be better than ';nice toe ring';.
Of course you can, I'm assuming you walked up to a random and said this though - which makes you seem a tad creepy.
