Hey there,

This might sound silly, but the best advice is to go to a nail salon and get a pedicure. Many men do this, I always see them when I go, and its quite common. They have great massage chairs too usually!

The pedicurist (or you can do this in the privacy of your own home) will soak your feet in a nice-smelling anti-bacterial solution with very hot water and scrub them. Then, they will push the cuticles back with a cuticle stick or bamboo stick (this shouldn't hurt). Afterward, they will clip the nails into a nice shape, which is square but with slightly rounded edges, and not too short to prevent ingrown toenails. Next they will buff the toenail - kind of like sanding it so the face of the nail is much smoother. Your feet will be soaked again, and possibly exfoliatied (scrubbed with a rough exfoliation bar or soap with tiny rough beads in it). Finally, a moisturizing lotion is applied to your feet and legs, and cuticle oil on the cuticles - and you're good to go!

At a nail salon this usually costs $18-$30. At home you can buy some supplies yourself, or borrow some from your mom or girlfriend.

The first time will be an improvement, but your feet will only get better with time and maintenance. Try to do the pedicure thing once a month and you will DEFINATELY see an improvement.

tip: if you have hairy feet, shave them or use a beard trimmer to at least trim the length!I have bad looking toe nails. how can i fix this bymyself?
1. Get a finger nail clipper (don't cut the corners of the toe nails)example

2.Buff nails. You can get the nail buffer at CVS, Target, Wall-Mart, Kroger etc. Mine was about $2: here is what to look for

3. Apply clear finger nail polish or oil mineral nail polish which ever you prefer. I think the clear nail polish is cheaper.
GET A PEDICURE. TRY PUTTING VITAMIN E OIL ON THEM.
i dont know maybe you should ask a doctor on that one bud sorry.
put vapor rub each night...then put some socks on.....you'll see the difference in like 1 month for sure !!!!
LMAO!!! Damn cleets on your feet????? ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
