Probably an ingrown toenail. There is over the counter stuff called Outgro that can help. The nail needs to be carefully trimmed. Try soaking your foot in warm water for a while; then trim the nail straight across. is it sharp/ did it break off? was it on your bed? is it bleeding/ go tell someone!
