Where do toe and finger nails grow from?

They grow from the nail matrix, which is hidden and protected by your cuticle. The nail that is visible is resting and attached to your nail bed. The nails themselves are composed of flattened keratin.Where do toe and finger nails grow from?
from the nail bedWhere do toe and finger nails grow from?
From the cuticles just under where the nails end and the skin begins.
The cuticle
The cuticle. It is a ridge of cells that continue to grow in layers from around the cuticle.
