Cut them after her bath or soak them first .straight across is the way it's suppose to be done.and you can file too.Whats the best way to trim my daughters toe nails ? shes 6 yrs old?
Whoa! Thinking too much about this one. Cut them the way you do yours...and if she is scared do them when she is sleeping. Ha. Don't stress it! :)
get toe nail clippers they don't hurt at all and leave a clean and healthy trim on ur little gals toes
With a chainsaw.
Trim them straight across. To make it easier make it a fun thing, when it is time for her to have her toenails trimmed, just tell her you are giving her a big girl pedicure, trim her nails and paint her toenails a fun color that she chooses.
sit her down on the couch and sit next to her, drape her legs across your lap so you can hold a foot in one hand and the clipper in the other, then just clip them as if they were your own toenails. no need to soak them, its easier to clip if theyre stiff. Dont cut them too short because that can be painful, and there is probably no need to file them unless she complains a sharp edge is hurting her.
I cut mine children's straight across and file the edges round. So they don't get in grown.
she is going to be a beast
When she is asleep in the car seat.
