honestly you don't make it go away, it will grow out.. I would not worry about it.

**Dear God please don't go poking needles and such into or under your toenail all that will lead to is infection. And trust me an infection UNDER your toenail is NOT something you want! **Okay this is nasty but i have a blood blister under one of my toe nails from a cross country race how can i?
The advice on the site below [see bottom of page] is to stick a needle through the toe-nail and bust the blister - boil the needle first etc.

Look, I'll give you some good advice. Before you do any of the above, boiling water is not the best way of killing bugs/germs which may lurk on a needle.

You will need the following.

a] cotton wool swab

b] alcohol [whiskey will do]

c] a match or lighter (flame)

Hold needle in right hand (horizontal) light flame and let it burn over the length of the needle for a few seconds. Dip cotton wall swab into alcohol - clean soot from needle. Jab needle into toe nail and bust blood blister etc.

I'm not a doctor or any such, I'm an old soldier (British Army) and know all about dealing with blisters from the many route marches I had to do back in the 1950s and 1960s when we would slog along for 30 miles on hard roads wearing studded boots - keep up the pace private.

Good luck.
