My toe nails are very brittle. How can I change this?

Eat more calcium rich food or supplements.Apply thin coat of nail polish to protect.Avoid using nail polish removers.use castor oil in the night to smoothen it.Avoid using closed shoes.My toe nails are very brittle. How can I change this?

You might actually have a toenail fungus, some types of fungi cause brittleness in the nails. Make an appointment with a podiatrist!
u could be lacking in calcium. Consult a doctor. There are many nail hardening polishes available. But its not a permanent solution. Sally Hansen is a superb brand to try out.

recorrect this problem,


apply nail polish


to repaint the same


to beautify.
get a doctor's opinion first. Could be tinea pedis which can be treated with a simple pill
vitamins...or try asking ur doctor
u suffer from iron deficiency ...consult some doctor
