I'm a guy (straight) thinking about getting a pedicure this weekend before my upcoming spring break. I want my toes to look good for the beach, so my question is do pedicures whiten your toe nails (without having to get them polished) LMAO or is it all just about massaging all cleaning around the feet?

nope , it has to do with under the nails paint your nails with a clear glase nobody has to know : )
you could always try a pedicure
They don't turn white but they do look and your feet feel great.
