It's pretty and accentuates your pretty toes. Things like that just make a girl feel nice.

It's a vanity matter. Also depends on the situation~ie: boredom, fun, stress reducer?? Even if a girl were to wear shoes that covered her feet, just knowing under those shoes is a cute pedicure. :)

to make things more pretty and colourful... I paint mine silver to match my flip-flops.
because when we wear flip-flops we dont want our toes looking like we're hobos or something us girls are very complex
