bad circulation? try masaging your toes to see if the color comes back... if it doesnt work you should see a doctor... it happens to diabetics sometimes, might be worth checking it out
Are you a diabetic?
1 you may have nail or nail bed fungus.


But if your toes are going numb, or/and your legs are red sometimes and your feet swell, you may have PAD or something similar where the circulation is being cut off or the blood flow is being slightly blocked to your lower extremities, Check with a dr just incase dont let it go to long.

you want to see your dr. especially since it wasnt caused by injury. it could be the type of shoes your wearing or even he size of your shoes. your not trimming your nails correctly. your nails arent getting cleaned well enough it could be anything.
I was going to also ask if you are diabetic. Definitely get yourself to a physician soon. If you are a diabetic, get to the ER.
maybe your shoes are just too tight
