I need a cure for rough callaus feet any ideas and dis color toe nails?

Well, I'm in good timing to answer this question since I just got my feet almost murdered with my new shoes. Well, here's what I usually do. I prepare lukewarm water in a basin and then slowly put my feet on it. Of course it would hurt at first, specially if you just had your feet murdered, but after a minute, It'll be all good. Now, let it sit for 3 minutes. When you feel that the skin on your feet is all relaxed and soft, get your sugar and gently rub it on the callused area in circular motion. Also do this to the other calloused area that you have. Then rinse your feet with the same lukewarm water. When you are ready to dry up, put 5 -10 drops of baby oil on your water and lather it on your feet and legs. Dry up after wards.

The lukewarm water helps you feet relax as well as opens your pores allowing the sugar to rub the callus off. The oil serves as moisturizer and with this you don't have to put on lotion.

You have to repeat this procedure twice a week to attain satisfactory results.

As for your discolored nails, avoid using acetone. Also, chop garlic and then rub it on your nails. Its chemicals strengthen and nourish nails making it strong and prevents discoloration. Also, try limiting yourself on having your nails painted for just 2 months.

There are so many products available in stores. Read labels and check prices. You'll have your pick. Gold Bond just came out with a foot lotion. I still swear by bag balm; put in all over the bottom of my feet at night then put on socks. Pretty Feet and Hands used to work well, too. Discolored toes? Could be fungal. Check foot products carefully. If an antifungal doesn't work, keep nails manicured and polished, yes men, even in clear, can help! At my last pedicure I was told it is the big thing for men to get pedicures with black polish! If you are concerned with recurring problems, you could also seek the advice of a foot doctor too.I need a cure for rough callaus feet any ideas and dis color toe nails?
soaking your feet in a foot-bath solution works well. at least an hour every day. Afterwords once the skin around your feet have softened up use some sort of scrubber to scrub away the rough parts of your feet. Then Lotion. You will notice they come off rather easily since you soaked them.

As for your discolored toe nails. that is caused by a fungus which you will need to get a cream for. I would recommend any over the counter creams. If they do not go away after 6 weeks of use you will need to go to the doctor for a RX cream.
Discolored toenails may be a medical thing, you might find something in drug store. But the feet, well I put vaseline on mine and wear a pair of white socks to bed. I do this at least a few times a year, until they are to my liking.
