you might need to see a podiatrist, looks like you'll be needing an antifungal medication
see a foot doctor.....so you can get it right the first time and not make it worse....you may have a fungus.........no lie.........my old man had some funky fungus name....his were ugly, yellowed, and hard and scaly looking......foot doc cleared it up in about 4 months......
