Big toe kills and has stuff coming out of the nail.?

So my big toe is killing me and by the edges it has green crusty stuff on it and then on the sides of my toes it peels and at the bottom of my foot it hurts to walk. what should i do?Big toe kills and has stuff coming out of the nail.?
Go to the doctor ASAP!
